Continuity planning was an extensive overwhelming process. Jesse broke it down into manageable bites that we could accomplish without requiring a weeklong off-site management summit. 
 
I was surprised that we were not as prepared for interruptions as I thought. Yes, we had some basics in place; however, going through this process allowed us to fine-tune some critical details.
